The Communal Cooperative Credit Union, the most outstanding Credit Union in Grenada over the last two years, is seeking to recruit a dynamic, resourceful and results oriented General Manager to lead its management team. The General Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the operations.

The successful candidate should therefore be an influential leader with integrity and excellent interpersonal skills, who can motivate and manage a team to achieve the organization’s goals.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Finance or Economics
  • At least 5 years’ managerial experience within a similar environment
  • At least 5 years’ experience of leading a high performance team
  • Excellent analytical skills to analyze financial information.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, marketing and negotiating skills
  • A commitment to excellence in customer service
