What You'll Need

Complete the Application Form
Present two picture IDs (National, NIS, Passport, Drivers Licence)
Individuals under the age of 18 must provide a birth certificate
Provide proof of address (eg. utility bill)
Pay a non-refundable registration fee of $30.00
Purchase 100 shares at $5.00 per share, total value of $500.00 (within 3 months)
A job letter indicating the length of service and/or a pay slip
Self-employed persons should produce an income statement or indicate income range.
Overseas members must present Tax Identification Number and or Social Security Number.
